Reserve a visit
How reservations, rates and Hideout Circle work, plus the health, safety and conduct guidance we ask every guest to read.

These terms apply when you reserve a visit, join Hideout Circle, or use our facilities. By booking or visiting, you agree to them.
Reservations are made at reserve.hideoutwellness.com. A booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email containing your QR code. Until that email arrives, your booking is a request rather than a confirmed reservation.
Bring your QR code with you. Staff scan it at the door — it is how we find your booking and check you in.
Please tell us as early as you can if your plans change or your party size differs from what you booked. We hold space for the party size you gave us, and we may not be able to accommodate extra guests who arrive unannounced.
If you arrive significantly late we will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee your full session, and the rate you were quoted still applies.
Admission is priced by time slot — quieter hours cost less than peak hours. The rate you are shown at the moment you book is the rate we honour, even if our published rates change afterwards.
All prices are in Vietnamese dong.
Hideout Circle is our membership. It is free to join, and membership lowers the rate you pay: each tier earns a larger reduction on the standard rate for the slot you book.
Membership becomes active when you visit. Signing up online, or ticking the box while making a reservation, records your interest and reserves your first-visit perk. Your account becomes active when staff scan you in at the door for the first time. Showing up is what confirms it.
Tiers are earned through visits. Your tier, and the rate that comes with it, apply only when you are signed in to your Circle account at the time of booking — we cannot apply a member rate to a booking made without signing in.
Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred or shared.
Guests joining Circle for the first time receive a reduced rate for themselves and one companion on that first visit, along with a complimentary non-alcoholic signature drink and a sweet treat for each of them.
It is available once per person. Additional guests beyond you and one companion are charged the standard rate for the slot.
Heat and cold exposure place real demands on the body. If you have any doubt about whether they are safe for you, speak to a doctor before visiting. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Please do not use the sauna or cold plunge if you are pregnant, or if you have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, a circulatory condition, epilepsy, or any condition affected by extreme temperature — unless your doctor has told you it is safe.
Do not use the facilities under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We will refuse entry to anyone who appears to be.
Listen to your body. Leave the heat if you feel dizzy, unwell, or unusually tired, and do not push yourself to stay longer than is comfortable. Rehydrate between rounds.
Tell us about relevant medical conditions or allergies when you book, or tell staff when you arrive. We would rather know.
Follow our staff instructions and any posted safety notices. They exist for your safety and everyone else’s.
Hideout is a shared, social space. We ask everyone to be considerate of other guests.
We may refuse entry, or ask a guest to leave, where conduct, intoxication, or health risk makes it necessary. No refund is due in that case.
Please look after your belongings. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged on the premises.
Hideout is an adults-only venue. You must be 18 or over to visit, and this applies to every guest in your party, including companions booked under a Circle perk.
We may ask to see identification. If a guest cannot show that they are 18 or over, we will refuse entry, and no refund is due.
You use our facilities at your own risk. We take safety seriously and maintain our facilities properly, but heat, cold and wet surfaces carry inherent risks that cannot be designed away.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms. The version published here when you make a booking is the version that applies to that booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
